Terms of Service

By accessing or using Forloop Coding Academy's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are enrolling a minor (under 18 years old), you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.

To enroll in our programs, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Meet the age requirements specified for each program

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or terminate access to our services for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Payment Terms

• All fees are stated in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and are due at the time of enrollment
• Payment must be received before the program start date
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners

Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation is made 14 days before program start
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 7-13 days before program start
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before program start
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days

Late Payments

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to program materials and classes until payment is received.

Student Responsibilities

• Attend classes regularly and on time
• Complete assignments and projects as instructed
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Follow our code of conduct and classroom rules
• Provide necessary equipment (computer, internet connection) as specified

Academy Responsibilities

• Provide qualified instructors for all programs
• Deliver curriculum as advertised
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Provide reasonable accommodations when possible

All students must adhere to our code of conduct. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
• Disruptive behavior in classes or online platforms
• Plagiarism or cheating on assignments
• Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Using academy resources for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Any behavior that violates local, national, or international laws

Violation of the code of conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or expulsion from programs without refund.

Our Content

All course materials, curriculum, videos, code examples, and other content provided by Forloop Coding Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students may:

• Use materials for personal learning purposes
• Keep copies for personal reference

Students may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or share course materials
• Use materials for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove copyright notices or attributions

Student Work

Students retain ownership of code and projects they create during programs. By enrolling, students grant Forloop Coding Academy permission to showcase their work (with proper attribution) for marketing and educational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forloop Coding Academy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Technical issues or service interruptions beyond our control
• Actions of third-party service providers

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant program.

Forloop Coding Academy reserves the right to:

• Modify program schedules, curriculum, or instructors as needed
• Cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
• Change program fees with 30 days notice for future enrollments

In the event of program cancellation by the academy, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of our code of conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and no refunds will be provided for violations of these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Mediation, if negotiations fail
• Arbitration or legal proceedings in Male, Maldives as a last resort

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on our website
• Sending email notifications to enrolled students
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
